====== How a Role Guarantor Can Remove the Role They Guarantee from a Technical Account ======


1. In the left menu, click on the **Roles** tab.

**Stepresult**: A list of roles will appear.

2. 2. In the list of roles, find the role for which you are the guarantor and click to open its details.

**Stepresult**: The role detail window will appear.

3. In the left menu of the role detail window, click on the **Accounts with Role** tab.

**Stepresult**: The **Accounts with Role** window will appear.

4. In the green bar of the **Accounts with Role** window, click on the **Technical Accounts** tab.

5. In the list of technical accounts with the given role, select and mark the technical accounts from which you want to remove the role.

6. In the toolbar below the green bar, click on the **key icon with a minus sign** (**Remove Role**).

**Stepresult**:The **Remove Role** wizard will appear.

In the **Remove Role** wizard, click the **Execute** button.
 
<note> In the Remove Role wizard, you don't need to configure anything, because both the role to be removed and the technical accounts from which you want to remove it were already selected in the previous steps. </note>
 
<note> Role removal is permanent until the role is manually re-assigned to the technical accounts.
**Step result:** The selected technical accounts have had the role removed.
