This module adds a capability for IdStory IdM to anonymize personal data of users in accordance with GDPR regulations.

The module allows selecting individual anonymized attributes for users or contracts and anonymizing them after a cretain number of days have passed. Alternatively, the task allows the user to be deleted directly from IdM. Only users who are in the state LEFT or manually blocked are considered.

The module does not archive or delete data from IdM audit and logs.

In the task sheduler, search for a task and select the parameters according to your needs.

• Days before archiving - Number of days before data is archived. The attribute is mandatory.
• Remove guarantor - Remove the guarantor from all uses contracts.
• Move contract to tree node - Move all contracts to a specific node in the tree structure. The attribute is mandatory, because the task determines whether the user has been anonymized or not. It is therefore advisable to create a new organizational unit “Anonymized Users” to which users will be automatically transferred.
• Anonymize username - Anonymize the username of a user.
• Anonymize first name - Anonymize the first name of a user.
• Anonymize surname - Anonymize the surname of a user.
• Copy personal number to login - Copy the personal number to the user's login. Works only if Anonymize username is not checked at the same time.
• Delete personal number - Delete the personal number.
• Delete titles - Remove user titles before and after.
• Delete email - Delete email address.
• Delete phone - Delete phone number.
• Identity EAVs to anonymize - Attributes of identity entities (EAVs) that need to be anonymized. Enter EAV codes of the identity attribute separated by a comma. It is possible to select only SHORTTEXT attributes from the main definition.
• Anonymize all identity EAVs - Anonymize all SHORTTEXT attributes of identity entities (EAVs) from all definition.
• Contracts EAVs to anonymize: -Attributes of contract entities (EAVs) that need to be anonymized. Enter EAV codes of the contract attribute separated by a comma. It is possible to select only SHORTTEXT attributes from the main definition.
• Anonymize all contract EAVs - Anonymize all SHORTTEXT attributes of contract (EAVs) from all definition.
• Fixed string added when anonymized - A fixed string that is added when data is anonymized.
• Delete user - Delete a user from the IdM.
• Include manually blocked - Include users who have been manually blocked.
• User projection - Delete or archive users only with this projection.
