Set guarantors

Set guarantor can be understood as the owner of the set, the person responsible for its state. They are the ones who should add new items (property or licences) or edit the existing ones. Set guarantors are the recipients of notifications sent when the items in the set are running out or when there is no free item to assign to a user.

There are two types of set guarantors: direct, and by role. Direct guarantors are simply identities, while guarantors by role are all the users who currently have the specified role assigned. Functionally, they are identical, the difference is only in the way that they are created and maintained. The effective list of guarantors is the direct guarantors plus all current holders of the guarantor roles.

It is recommended that each set has its own set guarantors. If a set has no guarantors at all, notifications are sent to the holders of the application admin role ('superAdminRole' by default).
