Set guarantors

Set guarantor can be understood as the owner of the set, the person responsible for its state. They are the ones who should add new items (property or licences) or edit the existing ones. Set guarantors are the recipients of notifications sent when there is insufficient property to assign to users.

There are two type of set guarantors: direct, and by role. Direct guarantors are simply identities, while guarantors by role are the users who have the specified role assigned. Functionally, they are identical, the difference is only in the way that they are created and maintained.

It is recommended that each set has its own set guarantors. If none are found, the notifications are sent to users with 'superAdminRole'.
